Primary Color, no more

Missing someone is such a pain. It leaves you with spongy eyes. And a series of sleepless nights. What am I running away from? I don’t think I’ll escape these thoughts. Or ever escape from you. Tiny grains of your character, flashes of your smile, your peculiarities, unrestrained talks, your blemishes and moments of spark, everything has assimilated into me how colors once blended cannot be separated back. They form a composite shade of something new. I am not the same. I guess, now, I am a composite tone of you. Yes, my tints might have affected your contour as well. But I’ll not let it be my concern anymore. I wouldn’t cringe or beam at the thought of you. I would just be, the newer me.

Weirdness around 👻

The world is such a strange place, it allows existence of contradictory things. Love coexists along with hatred. Restlessness coexists with patience. Loneliness walks aside even in company of others. Even the rich feel something is amiss and less fortunate revel in all content. We get what we want and still crave for more. We care and still hesitate to show. Summers bring memories of rains. And rains don’t stop waiting for the winters. Skinny like to eat and sad ones heartily smile. That reminds me….never should we prejudice or hold any preconceived notions. There are surprises waiting on every step we take!

Have an open mind.

Embrace things coming your way.

Smile when the sun doesn’t shine!

In a land, very distant, far away, sat a girl against a log of wood, looking up at the sky. Gazing so keenly as though her eyes could pierce the clouds and meet the sunshine meandering beyond them. She looked at peace, but was anxious from inside. The sun also had its fair share of fun. It started playing hide and seek with the girl. Falling on her skin every now and then. Making her smile and then leaving her restless by sneaking behind the clouds. Or so she thought. “What is it?”, she threw a question back at space. “Explain me the dynamics”, she said. Obviously, no answer came.

On other side of the clouds, far far light years away, there sat the sun, enjoying a sparkly Sunday. Within its enormous purview, sun looked at the earthly beings, some happy, some sad, mostly indifferent to the ubiquitous presence of sunlight amongst them. A girl came in his sight. Sitting by the log. Everytime sun looked at her, she smiled. But then, clouds blocked his view. And everytime that happened, sun couldn’t see her face. The sun uttered to himself, “You look so beautiful smiling. I wish you keep that smile forever intact. If I could, I would see you all day long.” Obviously, she couldn’t hear that.
